I have Slice credit card, when I checked my CIBIL score, I saw there is one active loan going on based on Quadrailion Bank. I tried to connect to Slice over chat, email and phone to close my account. Still no reply. I am worried about my CIBIL score and if that loan doesn’t get close I’ll be in trouble. I have used other apps as well. They close the loan as soon as they receives payment. This is not they way any app should do. Slice is taking 40 working days to close Slice account and another 10 days for NOC and Bank clearance.
