Hi Concerned,
this is regarding the Sanjana Travels, was travelling from Bangalore to Gokak. while boarding they dint have space for our luggage as they stated it is already full loaded with Goods. Because of this heavy load they covered 7hours distance in 10hours, i.e Bangalore-Hubli. Later in Hubli, they wasted 1hour of time to unload them resulting in delay of almost 4hours. The bus had to reach Gokak by 7am but reached at 11am. We passengers dint have tea nor breakfast till then. Please take necessary actions in them. They should not load any goods in passenger vehicles first of all.
