I load money 14 January evening 7:40PM from the Kotak Mahindra bank through internet banking to jio pos lite wallet but the balance does not appear on the wallet but they deducted from my account. It already cross 10 days still money is not returns to the bank also.

So, I kindly request JIO team member to solve the problem as early as possible.
