I have purchased LLOYD washing machine and they have 10 years spare part support. My 6 years of spare part support is remaining but they dont have parts and they are just giving me 20% off on new machine. They are saying they dont have parts and we will have to purchase new machine. Also consumer court is on their favor and closed the case.
