Good afternoon Respected Sir/Mam ,I purchased Lloyd inverter AC by Flipkart and where 5 year component warranty including pcb was not showing so for confirmation I contact with Lloyd customer care before purchase so they said you will get 101% 5 year component warranty I told them that on Flipkart there is not showing anywhere 5 year component warranty there is only showing 1 year comprehensive and 10 year compressor warranty so they gave me Surity that sir don’t worry we give you suity that you will get 5 tear component warranty and after purchase they are not giving me warranty and saying that it’s our policy that we are not offering 5 year component warranty on online purchase and they agreed that it’s our company fault that we have you wrong information we will take action against customer executive but still not providing 5 year component warranty which is worth 9990 Rs so how can I afford it I purchased this Inverter AC because of warranty otherwise I was having many options which is giving all of the warranty
