I purchased LLOYD AC 1.0 Ton3* LS12B32 MX ST-01 on dated 13-08-2019. No Service was demanded by me in 2019. But when I registered a service vide request No. 2506205418632 on 25-06-2020.
Your Technician ( Mobile No. 9878471850), visited my premises and just cleaned the filter of the AC and said that the service is done.
He also told me that “If I want to get the full service done, I have to pay Rs 800 and I will not be given any receipt for this money,” .
I refused to pay him and called you again to register the service vide No. 2506205426064 dated 27-06-2020 and no one has come to serve yet.
