Text of Complaint by Ganga Ram:

I lodged my initial complaint of AC outdoor fan not working and display showing “P0” on July 11th, and a technician arrived on the 12th to resolve the issue, charging me 550 rupees. Unfortunately, the problem recurred the following day. I promptly lodged another complaint, and a different technician informed me that the AC’s PCB is faulty, necessitating the ordering of a new one. I was assured that this replacement would be covered under the AC’s warranty, with no additional charges. Regrettably, it has been 11 days since then, and I have yet to receive any updates regarding the progress of the replacement. Despite making several complaints to the customer care department, I have not witnessed any tangible action being taken, only receiving apologies thus far. It is Office AC and Temperature is soaring day by day and it is becoming very hard to work without it. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
