Dear sir / mam recently we purchased a 1.5ton lloyd air conditioner on order I’d OD121706039516503000
On 05 may
And we got this product on 11th may
And it was installed on 12th May
But unfortunately the product is not working properly .The main issue is that it is only blowing normal air Please take a strict action against this issue as we are facing this problem for the past 8 days,otherwise we have to go to the consumer forum regarding this issue.
There was approximately 2-3 engineer visits from Flipkart side but we didn’t got satisfactory results all time they came
and not resolve the issue
And one more thing an Engineer from lloyd also visited there they said us there is a issue with product Please resolve the issue …..
