I ordered a top worth rs1709 from their instagram account, they asked me for prepaid. I received very cheap quality product which had poor stiching and not exactly same as shown in the picture. I requested them multiple times to exchange it but they say they have no return and exchange policy but in exceptional cases one should listen. I even sent them photos of the product and asked them that i will ship it to their address. They can deduct their courier charges. Then what is the problem!!! They are even registered seller on Amazon there also have they have 10days return exchange policy!!! Please help! These startups are running scams and have poor customer satisfaction policies!
