Text of Complaint by Ahmed Raza:

Dear Customer care,

I have engaged with Livepace for my home interior but finally not taken it ahead due to cost constraint as its beyond by expected budget.

I have paid 40,300 advance and No deliverable is given to me in this case my advance needs to be refunded but I have not received by advance back.

I have paid initial 15300 + 25000 (Total of 40300) to them and nothing has been refunded to me from Livspace team.

I am coordinating with customer support of Livspace from last 15 days and not getting the satisfactory response on the refund of my money.
