hi sir
i am sridhar i have taken livpure water purifier amc this year that is jan 2021.
on friday my purifier got breakdown. when i called their customer care they said that they will send their service technician tomorrow but next day they didnot send their service person so that again i called customer care now they saying that if u pay cash to service technician they will send immediately.
then what is the use of livepure amc for rs 9500. i have paid 9500 rs and i have taken amc. now they are demanding for service charges.
pls help me
almost 4 days over no service technician visited till now and no response from company and customer care.
pls help me sir.
