Hi,
I have done the recharge for the month of October in September month itself. Inspite of payment being done I the machine is showing recharge sign and there is no water coming from the machine since 21st October 2.30pm. I have called the customer care immediately for which there was no response then had raised a ticket through app for which they said service guys are on leave and it will be fixed only after 26th October.
In the month of September also I faced the same issue. Inspite of making the payment the machine was not working. I had done the payment on 13th and the machine was fixed on 21st.
Inspite of telling them that my mother is a chemo patient and this type of response from livpure is giving me too much trouble they did not bother to even resolve the issue soon.
I have spent more than Rs.1000 on packaged drinking water just because the pathetic service provided by livpure.
I have been mentally and financially harassed by livpure for which I need a proper compensation or machine replacement.
