i made a purchase with Live cozy.in for Bean bag , shirts , by seeing add in Face book , the payment mode was thru Paytm and once the transaction of Rs 787.00 was success there was not reply from the seller neither thru mail or call , i tried to reach thru phone but it was a fake no , can any one suggest , how this could be nailed , it is not about the money what i lost , it is more about the people who would loose further thru such fake websites.

I have encountered a similar problem, had make transaction of Rs.588 for a bean bag. Received just 1 email with no specific details.
I have also purchased bean bag chair from live cozy but not receive and no one rpl on email .I have 1 email which is transactions.
