I had got Live pure on rent for which I had paid the amount In advance for a year. RO has a facility of Normal water and Hot water for which rent charged @8400. However the machine is not dispensing Hot water and upon complaining no engineer visit the site despite repeatedly complaining. I fail to understand to whom to complain as the money is stuck in such a fraud company. I request to kindly get my money refunded since the company is not interested in getting the machine rectified.
