I ordered two items from the Little Box app using Cash on Delivery (worth ₹3,090 approx.). After receiving them, I was not satisfied and wanted to return the products.
However, when I log into the app, it shows no order history. I don’t remember the email used, but I contacted the company multiple times:
– Emailed: littleboxandtoys@gmail.com
– Called and messaged their number
– Sent Instagram DMs
Despite all efforts, I have received no response.
I believe this is unethical and possibly fraudulent behavior. I am requesting help for a refund or to hold the company accountable.
