I placed a order at litbasket.in, and i had made a payment of 688/-, later on I got a text stated I would get my parcel by 2-3 days but still I didn’t recieve any order, kindly take a action on this.

I have ordered the giant bean bag worth Rs.688 including delivery charges. It shows it will be delivered in 2-3 days. I took screenshot of my payment. I have uploaded below. I couldn’t digest that i am cheated. Now am trying to open litbasket website, it is redirected to some other website.
