1. I saw the advertisement of Lit Basket 6ft Giant Bean Bags in Facebook and placed the order with full payment including taxes and shipping charges. The order was expected to be delivered within 4-5 business days, now it’s been almost a month and still I see no updates on it. I’m not being able to get in touch with their customer care or even the provided e-mail Id doesn’t seem to be working. It’s a real BIG SCAM. Facebook should be equally responsible for this. They should not allow such advertisements just for the sake of money. I’ve lost faith in Facebook after this.
