On 22 october i saw bean bag at rs.788 at facebook add so it looked quite good so i ordered it and it was shown that it will be delivered to me in 2-3 days an d its the 6 th day i have nit got my product and the email provided in their contact us is also invalid and here is the message i got from lit basket after the placement of my order

Guys Its full fraud people. I saw an advertisement and placed order on 22nd oct and till now there is no update and even the contact number and mail address is fake. Now they have created another website alluallu.in with same contact number. Dont know how many are going to get cheated.
I placed a order at litbasket.in, and i had made a payment of 499, later on I got a text stated I would get my parcel by 2-3 days but still I didn’t recieve any order, kindly take a action on this.

This also happened to me. I booked a 5in1 air Sofa and the last message I got is on the day of ordering.

Now the link is invalid, the contact no is invalid.
We have been cheated in very big level.
Please someone take action or atleast guide us to approach concerned authority to take action against them.
