Text of Complaint by Manmath Sahu:

This morning (30th Sept, 2024) I ordered (order id: FLZ97919) a Lenovo Thinkpad (spec: i3 6th gen cpu, 8gb ram, 128gb ssd) at Rs 8000. FilpZ took Rs 250 as advance. The offer seemed too good to be true, so I asked FilpZ’s whatsapp support, and the support team told me that the ordered product was not available, so they will send me another laptop with Celeron cpu and 4 gb ram.
How could a retailer do so unethical practice to send a product way inferior to the product that’s ordered is beyond me. Disgruntled, I asked then to cancel the order and refund me Rs 250. Since then FilpZ is not responding to my queries.
