Hi team,
This is informing you that, Patient name is B.Sharbha lingam Admitted
in sree manju hospital on July 1 2022.
As per given commitment by hospital department, Which amount
claimed by Insurance department Same amount should paid Loan of Liqui
Loan.
And We already Done the payment for hospital department which ever
amount was claimed by Insurance department of 83737.And they said that
payment will make them to loan department till date payment not made
by hospital department to loan.but it’s impacting the my cibil score
and also on my career opportunities and disturbing me mentally by
daily call and message.
Insurance claim date was Nov’21,2022
Payment done by me Nov 22, 2022
Loan number:CL00971400 (Rs.107716).
For your reference I’m attaching Payment details & insurance claimed details.
And also receiving some call And what’s app message regarding this I
already shared same to details them they are considering that but not
