After android 12 update, a green line appeared on my phone screen, i visited customer service center and they said it is physical damage. But similar issues most of OnePlus users are facing after Android 12 update. Customer service center ask me to pay around 17000 INR for screen replacement even if it is clearly their problem. Since I have nothing more to claim to do it for free, I did not change the screen and used my phone under the same conditions. Gradually, the green line changed to an orange hue, and another pink line also appeared. Please help me to solve this problem.
