There is a post paid connection in the name of Matthew WS Toulmin, customer number :- 1377444537. The number is on international Roming ( Australia). Last time also thee was issue that the lines were blocked before the expiry of due date for payment. and this time also the problem, is the same. Bill is due, but the date is nor expired yet. So why this kinfd of issue we have to face. i called up airtel store, they said lines are open, the customer also restrated the phone and re inserted the sim several times, but he cant recieve OTP which is very urgent, if we try calling his number it says the number is switched off.
Please fix the problem… what is wrong with fastest growing network?? Please keep you r promise to provide best service.
