Respected Sir,

I am using the Airtel wifi at home. Since yesterday, the internet light is not ON on my modem..so, we are facing extreme internet issues although we paid the bill and have unlimited data.

Please kindly identify the issue and provide us our internet connection at your earliest possible convenience.
