Nothing but atrocity from Airtel!! Been their customer for the past decade or so. I use a postpaid Airtel sim for my regular calls and data services. But I also have a prepaid airtel which I use for other transaction purposes. It was a lifetime validity sim when I purchased it years ago and now they suddenly cancel the same and force that we need to recharge on a monthly basis to continue services – even incoming calls and messages are cancelled!! Am definitely porting to a different service provider even if I have to pay the same charges since I feel totally cheated with Airtel’s greed!!!
