I am the old user of Airtel prepaid and when I bought this prepaid sim I had paid money to Airtel for lifetime validity. But now suddenly Airtel sending me SMS to recharge my number to continue outgoing as well as incoming calls service. They told me that your validity will expire on 25 Dec 2018. Please help!

They told me that your validity will expire on 25 Dec 2018. I got to know from customer care that….it’s a mandatory to recharge minimum of 23INR, and surprisingly , they deducted rs.23 from the account balance. when I bought this prepaid sim I had paid to Airtel for lifetime validity.
