Respected Sir

I have an airtel mobile number 9890115047  which is very old number and I have given money to Airtel for lifetime validity by paying Rs 999 and validity of my plan was 2032.

But now airtel is breaching his contract and changed the data of validity  in his records, they stopped my outgoing as well as incoming service.

Please fine heavily Airtel on this fraudaulant act which is forcefully compelling his lifetime prepaid customers to recharge the mobile.

Airtel is not ready to give any answer or commitment regarding this issue.

I on behalf of Lifetime Prepaid Customer of Airtel expect justice from You.
