I am the old user of Airtel prepaid and when I bought this prepaid sim I had paid money to Airtel for lifetime validity. But now suddenly Airtel sending me SMS to recharge my number to continue outgoing as well as incoming calls service. They told me that your validity will expire on 22 Oct 2018 and incoming will be stopped from 18th Nov 2018. Please help!

Yes ,when i port my number in Aitel prepaid setvice then The told me that ,your number valdity lifetime.But then i cheak my valdity year2037.i calling costum care that what is this? Care teker told me that your validity not expire on 2037 this autmatic growup.But now i cheak my valdity 05 Dec 2018.This total 420
yes the same has done with me by vodafoneideacellualr too
