I have done a recent recharge of 449 valid till 13 Feb 2019 but I’m getting messages that outgoing will be stopped on 25th Nov 2018. Why the hell being done , just to harass the customers. When trying to talk to customer care, it is going again & again on IVR & not getting connected to Customer care executives.

Yes! its true. I talked to Airtel customer care regarding this message. Airtel wants to earn Rs. 1 per day from billions of indian airtel subscribers. airtel becomes billionare everyday! just switch with mnp to bsnl. on bsnl recharge rs. 36 and get 6 months validity
