I have airtel simcard procured many years back with lifetime validity. Couple of days back I received msg from airtel saying validity of your number will be expired by 23rd nov 2018. Recharge with min of RC35 to continue the services.
I checked the balance on my mobile. It is still having the balance and validity of number is shown as 2037.
Why this discrepancy now about the validity expirys and why airtel is asking me to do recharge with additional money.
