Text of Complaint by Ankit Agarwal:

I have 2 airtel prepaid sim having enough balance , but I got a message as outgoing is expired, but while I bought the SIM cards, they promoted the sim as lifetime validity SIM card . I don’t understand how a lifetime validity SIM card’s outgoing/incoming expires. To recharge for validity, they have asked to dial *121*51#, but I couldn’t find any option for validity recharge, there is only monthly recharge with days validity like 35 rupees recharge for 28 days and get 26 rupees for limited period of time. Please take necessary action to stop this Airtel fraud.Both SIM cards were bought at different times, but outgoing expires same time, no idea how it happened. I hope they are trying to raise fund using this expiry fraud. Please take action.
