Text of Complaint by Airtel Cosumer:

I have been a airtel subscriber since a decade and had a lifetime recharge. Now suddenly the rule has changed, and has curtailed lifetime validity to plan based validity. This is totally wrong. Airtel is just being a cheat to its customer. Lifetime validity should be restore not only for but for all customers
