Mobile operators are in a fraud mission. Earlier when we bought the prepaid SIM, they took a good amount of money stating this will be a lifetime SIM and no need for monthly recharge to maintain the connection. There are enough talk-time balance as well. Still Airtel sending message multiple time and IVR calls telling your connection will expire on 26th November. To keep the connection active, recharge immediately. This is height of fraud and breach of service promise after consuming customers money. Serious action and compensation needs to be arranged against these people.
