I have enough balance in my Airtel mobile, suddenly one of my friend told me that your phone is not connecting then i tried to dial then I get to know that my sim validity expired, I called to customer care they said you need to recharge Rs. 35 to take the benefits of validity for 28 days, but while I bought the SIM card, they promoted the sim as lifetime validity SIM card. I don’t understand how a lifetime validity SIM card’s outgoing expires. To recharge for validity, they have asked to dial *121*51#, but I couldn’t find any option for validity recharge. Please take necessary action to stop this Airtel fraud. No idea how it happened. I hope they are trying to raise there funds using this expiry fraud. Please take necessary action.
