With respect to ticket no 133174 registered with lifelong, it is being more than 3 months now. I used to follow up every alternate days and after 2 3 days i used to get standard response that “we have escalated to the team. Thanks for understanding and sorry for the inconvenience.”
They are giving me such inconvenience and regrets from last 3 months. Instead of that they could have given proper service for under warranty machine. I have never seen such poor customer service ever before and now I regret for choosing lifelong (cheap product and cheap service)
