Dear Sir, This is brought to your kind notice that Idea has stopped my out going calls of Mob.No. 9899624543 in spite of full talking balance.
As I talked to Idea customer care they told me ‘your validity over’ they also said as per TRAI mandate We stopped your out going facility.
Sir, I would like to inform you that I had taken mobile No. 9899624543 more than a decade ago from Vodafone and then I ported it to Idea.
The interesting fact is that 10 years ago I had paid one time fees Rs 1000/ for life time validity of this mobile number .So I think it’s my right to use this mobile number.
as I am following all TRAI rules.
If Idea not resume my out going facility please intervene the matter and get refund my money Rs 1000 (Rs One thousand only) with interest more than 10 years.
