When I purchased a LIFE TIME VALIDITY plan, it means you can’t bar me from using my phone either for making calls or for receiving calls for my life time subject to availability of currency in my account. Compelling customers to recharge monthly with some minimum currency to keep the account active cannot be termed as LIFE TIME VALIDITY. I am Airtel customer from almost a decade,I purchased Airtel sim with lifetime validity, suddenly company changed policy and stopped lifetime validity to plan based validity. This is highly unethical. Airtel shall be punished for this cheating. Airtel is cheating customers in the name of TRAI rules.They are forcing lifetime validity customers to recharge again. Airtel charged me Rs 1200 for lifetime validity.Why should I pay again? If they want me to recharge with validity pack they should refund my 1200 Rs.
