When I bought the Sorrel sum I was promised it’s going to be valid till Jan 2039, since this was the promise made I took the Airtel sum. Now without even any intimation Airtel company has changed the outgoing validity to some Jan 13 2019 which is illegal. What agreed and promised initially was different on the validity portion was different and now what’s happening is different.
To know the reason if we call the customer car even the supervisor gives a very arrogant response.
I need the validity back on my Airtel number on what was promised in the beginning.
