I booked a Classic 500 from ONN bikes ,Electronic City, and they gave me a bike with bent handle bar, engine oil leaking, Clutch worn out and no-play, huge vibration below 40km/h, rear brakes not functional. All these luxuries for 1000 RS. for one day. I guess their intention was to get the service done from customer’s pocket for free, as it can’t be ridden without servicing. Now I’m left with the option to risk an accident or consider the money lost. Don’t know what to do.
