Text of Complaint by Vamshi Nilagiri:

I ordered 2kg of Chicken from licious on 9th of July 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered on 10th July between 7-10 am. When i called the delivery person he said he is near my area and will call back when i reach my location. At 10:30 i called him again he said that he has not yet picked up my order and is far from my area and told me not to call again and again and said he will call back oy when he reaches my house. The have waited soo long and then i called the customer care to complaint about this and to cancel my order. After 5-10 min of conversation with the customer support she said that she is cancelling my order and said that my refund amount will be credited to the source account within 24-48 hours and also the are going to compensate 100rs voucher for the trouble they caused i said ok and ended the call and went to the retail store to buy the chicken and by the time i reach my house the order got delivered which was not supposed to be delivered and as my family members didn’t knew that order got cancelled already they took the order.

Now when i call the customer support to tell the issue and tell them to take back their chicken they are simply refusing my request and telling me that i didn’t cancel my order!!!.

I told him to check the records listen to the call recording and feedback as well but he was just simply saying we can’t do anything and projecting it as my mistake because my family members took the order.
