I brought LG refrigerator from croma in the month of nov 2022, within a month the fruits and vegetables were getting spoiled.. I ignored as 1-2 vegetables and fruits were getting spoiled. I started getting many fruits and vegetables as my wife was pregnant .But the fruits, vegetables and green were getting spoiled and greens were becoming black and fruits were getting fungus immediately the next day.. I complaint about this to Lg, the technician was assign the technician would come and just open the fridge door and told me to not keep fruits here, not place chocolate in this tray, not keep anything with box closed.. I did all the circus the technician asked.
I was facing same issue again. I raise complaint again .other technician told me to use netted bags. I had used that as well. I was facing same issue again.. this way I had made 6-8 complaints.. every time technician visit, and they just open the fridge and tell me tht the fridge is good..the technician book appointment for one time and comes other time .
I many a times had to take late login to office as I had to wait for technician.
Many a times technician has never come even after telling them that I am at home
If the fridge is good y is that I am facing this problem
When I asked the technician he told me that go ask the showroom you brought from, if they give refund take it we cannot do any thing.
I was mentally tortured by LG technician,asking for happiness code and because of this fridge, i dint give proper diet food to my pregnant wife.
