I Have bought the above LG REFRIGERATOR – GL-R402JPZN.EPZZEBN(IN), S.NO : 909PRBA070357 from DIGI1 ELECTRONICS PVT LTD From there Ghansoli – Navi Mumbai Branch on 01.11.2019. my LG REFRIGERATOR – GL-R402JPZN.EPZZEBN(IN), S.NO : 909PRBA070357 stopped working / cooling i month ago, i Raised a complaint to LG on 06.07.2022 the complaint number is [RNP220706089447], there service Engineer came after 2 to 3 days and told compressor have failed which is under 10 year replacement guarantee, but the LG Company nor there authorized service center SHREE ELECTRONICS THANE bothered to visit us for 15 days, every day we are calling to repair LG REFRIGERATOR – GL-R402JPZN.EPZZEBN(IN), S.NO : 909PRBA070357 but simply they are giving time every next 1 or 2 days, we are having lots of problem due there bad service, so i request CONSUMER COMPLAINT COURT to help us getting the complaint solved or Replace LG REFRIGERATOR – GL-R402JPZN.EPZZEBN(IN), S.NO : 909PRBA070357 with new LG REFRIGERATOR quickly and also want LG REFRIGERATOR company to pay us compensation of Rupees 2 lacs for mentally torcher us.
