I bought a LG fridge on 25 -04-2022 it’s amount is 45000. Bt after 11 months fridge cooling is low .I had informed about this in sahu agency where I bought that fridge from sahu agency alambagh branch. Bt every time they send a new engineer..and there are lots of parts are not working in fridge. I had done 3 complains in LG head office bt they also said that send this fridge to service center they will repair all tha parts…bt I don’t want to repair that fridge because if this fridge almost parts are not working in only 11 month so for future I don’t think this fridge work smoothly in future. So I want to replace that refrigerator. Plz take action as soon as possible .Because Fridge cooling is very very low and all the food items in fridge become spoiled after few hours.
Sahu agency not listening to our complaint.. they want me to send my refrigerator to their workshop service centre. I don’t believe them at all.. every time new technician visit .. every technician check the fridge all technicians tell different different problems in fridge.. so I want to change my fridge.. I want that the part they tell is defective.. should change and go back.. when they visit then they say this is not defective some other part is defective.. so that’s why I want my fridge to be change.. almost 1month is going to my complaint is there only.. fridge not working…
