My LG new refrigerator is not working for last 2 week. I have given 3 complaints to LG until now. They send some technicians who doesn’t have proper knowledge on how to fix . One technician said he will restart the refrigerator and it will work the next day. But sadly it didn’t work and it was not cooling. Next day one more technician came after 2nd complaint saying there is some gas blockage problem and he will clear it. Fridge worked temporarily and stopped working next day. For 3rd complaint again same technician came and said there is some problem with fridge parts and need replacement. It’s been 5 days there is no call from them . I have been repeatatively calling Lg customer service and giving multiple complaints and wated lot of my time and money. All my food from last 2 weeks are getting rotted. Please help in getting right solution to this cause.
