I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my recent purchase of a washing machine from the official LG website.

Despite making a full payment, the washing machine has not been delivered. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but each time I am promised a call back from an engineer or the support team, which never materializes. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. This is a clear scam, as the company has taken payment without delivering the product or providing proper support.
I request the following actions be taken immediately:
1. An update on the status of my order and the estimated delivery date.
2. A refund process initiated if the product cannot be delivered promptly.
3. Improved communication and accountability from customer support.
I expect a prompt resolution to this matter.
