Hello Ma’am/Sir,My name is Santosh Kumar Ahirwar, I am a middle class man.I purchased an automatic L.G washing machine online from Flipkart on 1st May 2024. which was found to be damaged at the front on the same day, then I complained about the damage on the same day on Flipkart. The complaint was made on 1st May and today on 8th May 2024, the delivery boy came with another machine. He saw the damaged part and called his boss, then his boss refused to give him the delivery, then I requested him and said, brother, please change it, I have taken leave from my office for this so that the proper could be checked in front of me. But he did not listen to me and talked to me very rudely in front of my wife and said that we will not do the replacement, you can complain wherever you want because this is damage and you will have to pay separately for it, I said brother, I don’t have done some damage. This is what your delivery boy had brought like this and I checked when I opened the door of the washing machine and found it damaged, then on call the delivery boss said that if you want to change the door then we will do it but you will have to charge for it. I said, why should I give charge, I want a new machine, I have already paid for it, then he said, you can complain wherever you want, I will not be able to do anything, you will have to charge for this, please help me, I am very worried mentally and physically. I have already wasted my time and money in this. I had made a plan to go out with my family, that too had to be canceled, in which both my time and money have been wasted.
Please help me, I and my family are very worried.
