Text of Complaint by Madhusudhanan Panchapakesan:

Raised Service request for my LG washing Machine 10 days  back On 26th August 2020, service guy from third party agency visited home and said water inlet has to be replaced and will cost 6500 RS. Same day another service person called claiming he is from direct service center, said other guy is vendor and said he will replace the part with in a day. Now it’s been a week no response from LG every time when I call customer care they say it will be resolved today . Totally regret choosing LG product.
