I am very disappointed to tell you that its been 22 days, I had ordered the LG AC. I got the AC which was damaged hence the jeevs person convey the message to seller and its been replaced .
Now I get the AC on 12th june and installation was supposed to happen within 2 days of delivery as per Flipkart. Now today is 15th june and still no response.Today is 19th still no action is taken.
I had called to customer care on 14th june she told me technician will come till 8pm. I was waited still no response. Today I called a guy “Aniket he took the query and ask me to be on hold . I was on call
For 20mins and disconnected. My money is stuck with Flipkart Even I can’t open the AC because then warranty will not be applicable. They are not either installing the AC or return the product. I always waste my 4 hours of day to talk to customer service of Flipkart.they even cancelled the service by themselves.
I am really disappointed with the service of Flipkart. This is not acceptable really. I paid the amount for AC and its been more than 15 days There is no response no update . Request you to pls look into this issue.
