I purchased LG 1.5ton Inverter A/c in the month of October 2018 and now its the compressor has some problem and its not working.I had contacted the LG customer care and registered a complaint on 13/06/2019 Complaint Number RNP190613012472.
Technician Visited my palce and check the machine and initially he said there problem with stabilizer.
I had requested stabilizer company to service it and they said there not fault in the in stabilizer,,they too that to their lab and confirmed that stabilizers absolutely working fine.
Again i called the LG service engineer and said the same ,he came and check and said there is problem in the electrical line in my home..I had arranged and electrician and checked it,,but there is not problem in the electrical line as well.I had given the power supply to AC from the main board and power supply is absolutely fine.
Again on 14th June engineer visited my home and changed and the Central Board in compressor and still the problem exits and he removed the new board and replace the old board ..He said someone will come and take the compressor to the LG service and they will check the defect and resolve it and he said they will come on 16th June on Sunday.
from that day nobody is responding..I call the customer care and they had give the contact numbers of the below persons,,but they are not at all answering the calls.
Even when i call them my call will be in waiting and after that they wont call me back or pick my call again.
I tried so many times but no reply..these are following numbers.
