Text of Complaint by Manpreet Kaur:

I have bought the LG Air Conditioner- PSNQ-19BNZE from Janta Electronics SCO 36-37, sector 41-D, Chandigarh on 15/06/2022. My AC caught on fire on 12/09/2022, my 5 year old nephew was aloan in the room at that moment, my father called fire brigade and they handled the situation, my family got traumatised by this incident and i raised a complaint to LG on same day, the complaint number is [RNP220912089447], the service man came after 2 to 3 days and took some pictures and videos from their mobile phone of AC and for 10 to 15 days they called me and told that didn’t took any action, and i am calling everyone lg service man to tri city head bhawna, the carelessness of the company is that the service men who installed the AC didn’t even upload my installation complaint [blue ocean service centre installed my AC], After my continuous complaining on the phone now they’ve uploaded the complaint and told me that they had forgotten about it because of the busy season. They didn’t even took this case seriously enough and never sent any senior to check the cause. I called vivek bhandari head of service centre, he rudely talked to me and again was no help to me. My family is frustrated and scared of losing all our money spent on AC which is burnt out. I sincerely request you to help me as soon as possible
