I ordered this Refrigerartor on and it got delived on 06/04/19 at my place. The delivery person didnt allow to switch it on at that time saying that right now due to movement gas might cause issue and advised us to switch it on after atleast 4 hrs. When i switched it on after 4 hrs , after some time I could make out that there is no cooling at all. Then only I tried calling on their customer care no but they put you on hold for half hour and then disonnects the call. It happened sevseral times so i dropped a mail. After 3 days I got a call and today on 14th April technician came and told me that compressor is not working so it need to be changed for which they will pick it up and it will take another week.
I am really frustrated and dont want this product. I want my money back and that too not in zefo account but in my bank account.
